This year, MATHCOUNTS is partnering with Mathletics® to provide a unique new opportunity for students. The 2009 MATHCOUNTS Online Challenge will provide students with a chance to compete against MATHCOUNTS students worldwide through an online interface. Students will have up to one week to complete challenging middle school math problems and earn points. The students and schools with the most points will receive prizes and plaques. The Online Challenge is guaranteed to be exciting, competitive and challenging!

 

Registration for the Online Challenge is now open! Simply go to www.mathletics.com/mathcounts and register your school and students. Please refer to the MATHCOUNTS Online Challenge Meeting in the 2009-2010 Club Resource Guide for ideas on creating a math club meeting centered around the Online Challenge. Practice for the Online Challenge begins the week of November 2 and the Online Challenge begins November 9, 2009.
