MyTJPrep Testing Schedule and Policies:
Mini-tests:
- 8
Mini-tests scheduled in July and August on Saturdays.
- Mini-tests
will only be conducted at the times assigned.
- Rescheduling
to another time slot on the same day maybe available at prior notice.
- English
and Math components of the mini-tests will be reviewed immediately
following the test.
Full-Length
Tests:
- 12
full-length tests are scheduled after the Labor Day weekend starting on
September 12, 2009.
- Full-length
tests will only be conducted at the times assigned.
- Rescheduling
to another time slot on the same day maybe available at prior notice.
- English
and Mathematics component of the full-length tests will be reviewed in the
Sunday class.
General Guidelines and Policies:
- All
tests will be administered only
on Saturday and will start (and end) promptly.
- There
will be no makeup testing
otherwise. So, we encourage the students to reschedule their priorities if
you wish to take advantage of the testing component of the preparation.
- All
tests will be graded on the same day and the students will receive their scores
on Sunday.
- The
students will be provided a progress
report sheet on July 12, 2009 where they will be expected to maintain
their weekly test scores which can be viewed by the parents.
- All
tests will be maintained at the center under student records and will not
be returned.
